12月17日，福瑞股份（300049）发布公告，公司拟在境外发行H股股票并在香港联合交易所主板上市。该决定是在2025年12月16日召开的第八届董事会第十六次会议上审议通过的，目的是为了进一步提高公司的综合竞争力，利用国际资本市场，拓宽融资渠道。
2025年前三季度，福瑞股份实现收入11.01亿元，归母净利润1.12亿元。
