12月16日，位于江苏省盐城市的国电投滨海电厂—鹤栖500千伏线路工程现场，电力工人正进行架线作业。据悉，该工程位于淮河入海水道南北两侧，预计年底建成投运。投运后将为淮河北部的沿海风电和清洁煤电提供新的送出通道。
