12月17日，*ST步森（002569）发布公告，公司于2025年12月15日召开董事会，决定聘任张敏为副总经理，任期自本次董事会审议通过之日起至第七届董事会届满之日止。
张敏女士具有大学本科学历，正在攻读工商管理硕士研究生，曾任广东省建筑科学研究集团股份有限公司证券部部长，现任公司财务总监及董事会秘书。
2025年前三季度，*ST步森实现收入8899万元，归母净利润-566万元。
