12月17日，晶泰控股（02228）发布公告，公司首席财务官谭文康将于2025年12月31日卸任，转任公司香港及国际化发展顾问，专注于公司的香港及海外业务发展。谭文康同时将担任公司全资子公司LCC Technologies Limited的非执行董事，为公司的孵化生态搭建、国际化并购整合及可持续发展提供建议和指导。
