12月17日，金海通（603061）发布公告，公司非独立董事仇葳转任职工代表董事。
因公司治理结构调整，仇葳申请辞去公司非独立董事职务。公司于2025年12月17日召开职工代表大会，审议通过了相关议案，选举仇葳为职工代表董事。
2025年前三季度，金海通实现收入4.82亿元，归母净利润1.25亿元。
