12月17日，盛泰集团（605138）发布公告，雅戈尔服装控股有限公司（公司持股5%以上股东）计划自减持计划公告之日起15个交易日后的3个月内，通过集中竞价和大宗交易方式减持不超1667万股，不超过公司总股本的3%。
2025年前三季度，盛泰集团实现收入24.68亿元，归母净利润3888万元。
