格隆汇12月17日丨国中水务(600187.SH)公布，根据赛领基金于2025年4月11日召开的2025年第一次股东会决议，赛领基金的注册资金由人民币28.6亿元减少至人民币26.6亿元，各股东同比例减资，公司本次减资金额为人民币887.90万元，减资后，公司对赛领基金的出资金额为1.18亿元，所持赛领基金的股权比例依然保持4.4395%不变。截至本公告披露日，公司已收到本次赛领基金退回的全部减资款。
