12月17日，据报道，知情人士透露，私募股权公司Apollo正在考虑出售其航空企业阿特拉斯航空的可能性。
知情人士表示，目前Apollo正处于考虑剥离阿特拉斯航空业务的早期阶段，并可能寻求以超过120亿美元（含债务）的估值出售该业务。据悉，其他行业参与者和私募股权公司已对收购表现出初步兴趣。
