12月16日，前360高级副总裁玉红公开表示曾帮助360集团创始人周鸿祎做假账达数十亿元，对此，360集团发文回应称：玉红曾担任Gamewave游戏公司负责人，该公司十多年前被原360美股上市主体Qihoo360收购。
玉红2014年入职360集团下属公司，一年后因个人原因离职，在职期间从未担任360集团核心管理层职务，“财务造假”等言论完全背离事实。
针对玉红对周鸿祎及相关企业家的恶意诽谤，360集团表示将依法采取法律措施追究其法律责任。
