12月16日，首都在线（300846）发布公告，控股股东曲宁将其持有的1670万股股份办理质押延期购回，占其所持股份的17.36%及公司总股本的3.32%；截至公告披露日，曲宁累计质押股份为2920万股，占其持股总数的30.36%。
2025年前三季度，首都在线实现收入9.26亿元，归母净利润-9941万元。
