格隆汇12月16日｜刚果(金)反政府武装“M23运动”15日晚宣称，将单方面从该国东部城市乌维拉撤出部队。“M23运动”还称将继续支持现有和平进程。“M23运动”所属政治军事联盟“刚果河联盟”领导人科尔内耶·南加在一份声明中称，此次从乌维拉撤出的决定是应美国调停请求作出的。
