人民财讯12月15日电，阿尔特(300825)12月15日公告，此前公告，HDI拟向公司控股子公司四川阿尔特采购专用混合动力变速器产品（DHT），合同总金额预计不低于14.51亿元（不含税）。12月15日，四川阿尔特与HDI签署《终止协议》，受HDI最终客户所在地区市场环境影响，经买卖双方友好协商，根据原合同约定，同意终止原合同。
