北京商报讯（记者 郭秀娟 王悦彤） 12月15日，雪榕生物发布公告称，公司近日召开第六届董事第二次会议，审议通过了《关于聘任公司财务总监的议案》。公司决定聘任陈学强为财务总监，任期自董事会审议通过之日起至第六届董事会届满之日止。
