12月15日，阿尔特（300825）发布公告，董事贾居卓因公司治理结构调整，自愿辞去公司第五届董事会董事及战略委员会委员职务，但仍将担任财务负责人。
同时，公司于2025年12月12日召开职工代表大会，选举闫鹏为公司第五届董事会职工董事，任期自选举之日起至董事会任期届满。
2025年前三季度，阿尔特实现收入7.36亿元，归母净利润-1.51亿元。
