“魅力喜桂图”消息，12月15日，石拐区召开全区干部大会，宣布自治区党委决定：张晓飞同志任包头市石拐区委书记。、
张晓飞出生于1979年，曾任包头市委政策研究室主任，包头市委常务副秘书长、办公室主任，青山区委副书记（正县级）、政法委书记。
2023年12月，张晓飞任石拐区委副书记、代理区长，2024年1月当选石拐区区长至今。
之前担任石拐区委书记的盖连玉已于2025年3月任包头市委常委、秘书长，至此不再兼任石拐区委书记。
