12月15日，吉祥航空（603885）发布公告，控股股东上海均瑶（集团）有限公司减持股份数量为4368万股，占公司总股本的2%。
均瑶集团持股数量从10.21亿股减少至9.77亿股，持股比例由46.74%降至44.74%。
2025年前三季度，吉祥航空实现收入174.80亿元，归母净利润10.89亿元。
