格隆汇12月15日丨博盈特焊(301468.SZ)公布，近日，越南博盈与SAODO投资集团股份公司（简称“出租方”）签订了《土地保留合同》。越南公司向出租方租赁位于越南南亭武非关税工业园CN19板块土地使用权，土地总面积为62455.85平方米。租赁期限自签署土地移交备忘录之日起至2059年5月6日止。
