财联社12月15日电，记者获悉，上海仲裁委将在中国（上海）证券期货仲裁中心成立一周年时正式出台《上海仲裁委员会证券期货仲裁规则》。该中心于2024年12月26日正式揭牌设立，这意味着上海版证券期货仲裁规则的出台进入倒计时。就在12月14日，该《规则》的专家论证会在北京召开，以提升《规则》的科学性、合理性以及可操作性。 (第一财经)
