12月13日，“九江修水发布”微信公号发布《关于我县一男子在养生馆内死亡的情况通报》：
12月11日20时许，周某某因胳膊不适，前往修水县一养生馆理疗，期间突发心肌梗塞死亡。经公安机关调查，已排除刑事案件，善后处置工作正在进行中。
