12月12日，新联电子（002546）发布公告，公司于2025年12月9日召开职工代表大会，选举应旭华为公司第七届董事会职工代表董事。
应旭华将与其他6名董事共同组成第七届董事会，任期自职工代表大会审议通过之日起至第七届董事会任期届满。
2025年前三季度，新联电子实现收入5.50亿元，归母净利润5.35亿元。
