钢研纳克（300797）发布公告，公司于2025年12月12日召开了第三届董事会第十一次会议，审议通过了《关于聘任副总经理的议案》。
公司董事会同意聘任王晗和朱林茂为副总经理，任期自本次董事会审议通过之日起至第三届董事会任期届满为止。
2025年前三季度，钢研纳克实现收入8.06亿元，归母净利润9970万元。
