12月12日，鼎龙股份（300054）发布公告，控股股东朱双全所持有的240万股股份办理质押延期购回，占其所持股份的1.72%及公司总股本的0.25%。
截至公告披露日，朱双全及其一致行动人累计质押股份2680万股，占其所持股份的9.62%及公司总股本的2.82%。
2025年前三季度，鼎龙股份实现收入26.98亿元，归母净利润5.19亿元。
