宁波能源12月12日公告，终止对外投资设立控股子公司宁能甬顺开发投资有限公司。由于在项目推进期间外部条件较决策之初发生较大变化，项目经济可行性已无法保障，经公司审慎考虑并与各方友好协商，决定终止设立合资公司。
