12月12日，益盛药业（002566）发布公告，公司决定更换签字注册会计师。原签字注册会计师谭慧娟因事务所工作安排调整，由程海峰接替。新的签字注册会计师为杨旭和程海峰。
2025年前三季度，益盛药业实现收入4.76亿元，归母净利润2413万元。
