12月11日，苏州银行（002966）发布公告，董事会近日收到后斌提交的辞任函。后斌因年龄原因辞去公司风险总监职务，自2025年12月10日起生效。
辞任后，后斌将继续在公司担任副调研员职务。截至公告披露日，后斌持有公司76万股股份，辞任后将按照相关法律法规对其持有的股份进行管理。
