人民财讯12月11日电，康迪科技12月11日发布公告，公司于12月5日与Rawrr签署股权转让协议，将收购美国高端电动越野摩托车品牌Rawrr100%股权。据悉，此次收购将与康迪科技现有北美业务形成协同。Rawrr的电动越野摩托车将补强公司在非公路车辆（如高尔夫跨界车等）领域的产品版图。
