12月11日，亿纬锂能（300014）发布公告，实际控制人兼董事长刘金成将其持有的480万股股份于2025年12月10日解除质押，占其所持股份的8.08%及公司总股本的0.23%；截至公告披露日，控股股东及其一致行动人累计质押股份为2.84亿股，占其所持股份的36.68%。
2025年前三季度，亿纬锂能实现收入450.02亿元，归母净利润28.16亿元。
