北京商报讯（记者 宋亦桐）12月10日，据国家金融监督管理总局四川监管局公布的行政处罚信息公开表显示，中国信达资产管理股份有限公司四川省分公司因"以收购非金融资产名义变相为企业融资"主要违法违规行为，被罚款35万元；相关责任人员于平被警告并罚款6万元。
