12月10日，南方泵业（300145）发布公告，控股股东一致行动人沈金浩将其持有的1350万股股份办理质押，占其所持股份的8.92%及公司总股本的0.70%；截至公告披露日，沈金浩累计质押股份为5505万股，占其所持股份的36.37%及公司总股本的2.87%。
2025年前三季度，南方泵业实现收入36.29亿元，归母净利润2.84亿元。
