北京商报讯（记者 孟凡霞 周义力）12月10日，盘锦金融监管分局发布《关于盘锦银行股份有限公司收购大洼恒丰村镇银行股份有限公司设立分支机构的批复》，同意盘锦银行收购大洼恒丰村镇银行，承接清产核资后的全部资产、负债、业务和员工，并设立盘锦银行恒丰支行、盘锦银行城西支行、盘锦银行昆仑街支行、盘锦银行香稻路支行、盘锦银行永安支行、盘锦银行育才支行、盘锦银行花园支行。
