12月9日，顾客投诉山姆会员商店麻薯盒内出现活老鼠引发热议。山姆回应称高度重视食品安全，已联动专业虫害公司核查全链路环节，未发现制作、包装、储运过程中的虫害痕迹。
经第三方勘察，取货点位于室外且周边有花木丛，存在野生虫害栖息条件，初步判断老鼠系商品在取货点放置期间偶然侵入。
山姆已与消费者达成和解并致歉，承诺加强包装管理与配送服务。
