近日，河南许昌，陈晴发帖称，她的姐姐在2005年被未婚夫赵某用铁锤杀害，赵某历经13次判决，4次死刑3次死缓，若干次发回重审，在2011年被最终判处死缓、限制减刑。最近听说赵某后来减刑为有期徒刑，本月即将刑满20年释放。12月9日，服刑人员管理部门工作人员告知陈晴，赵某即将刑满获释的传言不实，“他离释放还早着呢”。（石伟 张海琳）
