根据俄罗斯国家航天集团公布的消息，当地时间12月9日，“安加拉”重型运载火箭发射台已在阿穆尔州的东方航天发射场投入使用。除了发射台，作为“安加拉”火箭发射系统建造计划的一部分，还交付了37处基础设施，包括指挥所、氧气和氮气储存设施、疏散通道等。俄罗斯国家航天集团表示，“安加拉”火箭发射系统的设计和建造充分利用了过去几十年的技术成果。（央视新闻）
