收到小伙伴的投稿：glms以往惯例考核拿AB的会在次年2月加工资。但去年考核AB的直到今年10月份才加，但奇葩的是，只给业务部门加500-1000元，中后台部门一分钱没加，拿AB和拿CD都一样，都不加工资，这样中后台的谁还有动力干活啊？
