12月8日，白云机场（600004）发布公告，公司聘任廖开吉担任公司证券事务代表，任期自董事会审议通过之日起至第七届董事会届满之日止。
廖开吉具备担任证券事务代表所需的专业知识，曾于2008年参加上海证券交易所董事会秘书资格培训并取得合格证明。
2025年前三季度，白云机场实现收入56.97亿元，归母净利润10.96亿元。
