12月4日，中国华电集团电子商务平台发布《华电集团新能源产业相关项目内蒙古华电达茂旗首期100万千瓦风光制氢项目风力发电机组采购招标项目中标结果公示》的公告。
公告显示，明阳智慧能源集团股份公司成功中标该项目，中标价格为89250.000000万元。
内蒙古华电达茂旗首期100万千瓦风光制氢项目位于内蒙古自治区包头市达茂旗，项目建设100万千瓦新能源发电，其中风电700MW，安装70台单机容量为10MW风力发电机组。
