瑞士报纸SonntagsBlick周日报道称，瑞银集团（UBS）可能到2027年再裁员1万人，但未说明消息来源。
瑞银在回应该报道时并未证实这一数字，但表示“将把瑞士和全球的裁员数量保持在尽可能低的水平”。
瑞银表示：“裁员将在数年内完成，主要通过自然减员、提前退休、内部流动和外部职位的内部化来实现。”
瑞银在整合前竞争对手瑞士信贷（Credit Suisse）后一直在裁员。瑞银于2023年收购了瑞士信贷。
裁员1万人相当于瑞银员工总数的9%，该行截至2024年底拥有约11万名员工。
