吴说获悉，据 a16z crypto《Quantum computing and blockchains: Matching urgency to actual threats》报告，具备破解现有公钥密码的“密码学相关量子计算机”（CRQC）在本十年出现概率极低；当下真正紧迫的是“先收集后解密”（HNDL）对加密通信的威胁，应立即部署“后量子+经典”混合加密。对区块链而言，比特币、以太坊等非隐私链主要风险在未来可能出现的是签名伪造而非历史解密。
