上交所公司债券项目信息平台显示，中国中金财富证券有限公司200亿元小公募债项目状态更新为“已受理”，受理日期为2025年12月5日。募集说明书申报稿显示，本次债券的募集资金将在扣除发行费用后，其中150亿元全部用于偿还到期公司债券本金，剩余部分将用于补充流动资金。
