财联社12月6日电，根据中指监测，2025年11月3日-2025年11月30日，中西部重点城市武汉、成都、重庆累计开盘37次，推出房源4285套，开盘量降低。其中武汉1201套，成都2324套，重庆760套。本月纯新盘项目共10个，老盘加推项目较多。综合来看，中西部地区本月开盘量降低，个盘去化良好。
