香港：每户灾民津贴增至10万港元

香港特区政府民政及青年事务局局长麦美娟4日表示，受大埔火灾影响家庭生活津贴由每户5万港元增至10万港元。

Alice Mak Mei-kuen, secretary for home and youth affairs of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) government, said on Thursday that the living allowance for families affected by the Tai Po fire has been increased from HK$50,000 (about $6,423.98) to HK$100,000 per household.

特区政府至今已向1929户家庭派发每户1万港元应急补助金。社会福利署社工目前已接触超过1700个受影响住户，为居民登记“一户一社工”的跟进服务，提供情绪支援、物资协调和实际生活帮助。

The HKSAR government has so far distributed HK$10,000 in emergency subsidies to each of the 1,929 families. Social workers from the Social Welfare Department of the HKSAR government have so far reached out to over 1,700 affected households, offering emotional support, coordinating supplies, and practical daily assistance.

11月26日，香港大埔宏福苑发生火灾后，香港特区行政长官李家超指示所有政府部门体恤宏福苑居民的情况，弹性处理相关政府收费及账单，为居民提供最大支持。

12月3日，香港特区政府发言人表示，为了减轻大埔宏福苑居民和在火灾中遇难者家属的经济负担，特区政府将减免受影响业主和居民2024年至2025年课税年度的应缴税款余额，以及2025年至2026年课税年度的暂缴税款。同时，特区政府将为受影响业主及居民代缴地租，以及减免因火灾而不能使用住宅的差饷。

特区政府会豁免大埔宏福苑居民于2025年7月至11月的水费及排污费。在电费及电讯服务费方面，相关机构已为大埔宏福苑的居民提供不同支援服务。

除此之外，香港特区政府入境事务处也已经豁免居民补领证件的手续费；医院管理局辖下公立医院的伤者，其整个治疗和复康过程所需的医疗服务，包括药物及医疗器械均会获全额费用豁免；食物环境卫生署会减免提供骨灰安置及相关服务费用。

截至4日上午，已有1241名居民入住由民政及青年事务局协调的青年宿舍或酒店房间；另有2235名居民入住房屋局的过渡性房屋或香港房屋协会项目的房屋。

As of Thursday morning, 1,241 residents have been housed in hostels or hotels, and 2,235 have moved into transitional or Housing Society units.

截至4日中午12时，“大埔宏福苑援助基金”已收到外界捐款25亿港元，连同特区政府投入的3亿港元启动资金，基金总额约为28亿港元，将用于协助居民重建家园。

The "Support Fund for Wang Fuk Court in Tai Po" set up by the HKSAR government has so far received HK$2.5 billion in external donations. Together with the HK$300 million in seed funding contributed by the HKSAR government, the fund now totals approximately HK$2.8 billion, which will be used to assist residents in rebuilding their homes.

位于大埔区的香港教育大学也启动紧急应变机制，制定一系列支援受影响学生和居民的措施，支援灾后安置工作。教大除了开放部分室内运动场等校园设施，还招募退休老师、心理学家等为受火灾影响的家庭及学童提供临时学习空间及情绪方面支援。

The Education University of Hong Kong, located in Tai Po District, also activated its emergency response mechanism and formulated a series of measures to support affected students and residents following the fire.

港区全国政协委员蔡荣星表示，香港特区政府弹性处理大埔宏福苑居民的政府收费及账单，这一措施很及时，有力度，有助于缓解受影响居民的经济压力，让他们尽快走出伤痛，渡过难关。

In addition to opening certain indoor sports facilities and other campus amenities, the university has also recruited retired teachers, psychologists, and others to provide temporary learning spaces and emotional support for families and students affected by the fire.
