12月5日，弘宇股份（002890）发布公告，持股5%以上股东李俊将其持有的514万股股份办理质押，占其所持股份的99.88%及公司总股本的3.03%；截至公告披露日，李俊及其一致行动人累计质押股份为1488万股，占其持股总数的83.76%及公司总股本的8.76%。
2025年前三季度，弘宇股份实现收入2.43亿元，归母净利润1190万元。
