11月26日，大连金融监管局发布《关于大连甘井子浦发村镇银行股份有限公司解散的批复》，同意大连甘井子浦发村镇银行解散，大连甘井子浦发村镇银行全部资产、负债、业务、网点、人员及其他权利和义务将由上海浦东发展银行承接。
