网友举报邵阳隆回县司门前镇湘华商店以“转转麻将”形式组织赌博，收取台费。县公安局核查后，现场查获5名参赌人员及经营者李某。5名参赌人员被依法罚款。李某此前曾因同类问题被查处，此次在六个月内再次为赌博提供条件，已被依法行政拘留。
