近日，民进党籍台北市议员刘耀仁称，台北某小学在有新校歌的情况下，新校长却要学生唱回旧版、歌词仍有“堂堂正正中国人”的校歌，他强烈要求台北市政府处理。对此，台北市长蒋万安回应称：“尊重学校透过自主程序做的决定，不应对学校校歌进行政治审查。”
