近日，上海地铁11号线一黄衣大妈要求女子让座被拒绝后，多次用手戳向女孩头部，引发网友热议。
对此，地铁工作人员回应@荔枝新闻 称，倡导文明乘车，可以主动让座，但没有普通乘客不可坐爱心专座的通知。（荔枝新闻）
