财联社12月3日电，瑞士苏黎世联邦理工学院化学工程师团队在半导体微型化领域取得突破，成功将有机发光二极管（OLED）的尺寸缩小至纳米级别，从而制造出世界上最微小的有机发光二极管。相关成果发表于新一期《自然·光子学》期刊。
