吴说获悉，Solana 财库公司 Upexi（NASDAQ: UPXI） 宣布完成最高 2300 万美元的私募融资。本次发行已募得约 1000 万美元，后续若认股权证全部行权，募集规模有望再增 1300 万美元。Upexi 表示，资金将用于运营、公司事务，以及其核心的 SOL 最大化收益策略。该公司目前持有超 200 万枚 SOL。
