12月1日，英派斯（002899）发布公告，因个人原因，秦熙现申请辞去公司副总经理职务，辞职后不再担任公司及控股子公司任何职务。
截至本公告披露日，秦熙未直接持有公司股份，其持股4.5911%的青岛青英企业管理咨询中心（有限合伙）持有公司股份61万股，占公司总股本的0.4139%。
2025年前三季度，英派斯实现收入8.56亿元，归母净利润5075万元。
