12月1日，英可瑞（300713）发布公告，公司于2025年11月28日在公司会议室召开职工代表大会，经过全体与会职工代表的民主讨论，审议并通过了关于选举公司第四届董事会职工代表董事的议案。
会议决议选举刘文锋为公司第四届董事会职工代表董事，任期自本次职工代表大会审议通过之日起至公司第四届董事会届满之日止。
2025年前三季度，英可瑞实现收入3.02亿元，归母净利润-4467万元。
